How Can We Assist?

At Gecko Giftware, the complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below to get the information you’re looking for. Contact us with any other thoughts or questions.

What are the payment options?

At the moment we are only offering Paypal as the only payment option as we are still starting out. Hopefully as we slowly expand we will able to offer more payment methods for you.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return/refund if the product is damaged upon arrival. We offer returns on exchanges, and will cover the cost to re-ship exchange items and only takes effect on the first return order. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning their order.

 

Please keep an eye on your tracking number as we will only send out new order until your package is received. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged return orders.

 

Gecko Giftware reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet our return policy procedures.

Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately no. We are still a local business trying to juggle everything by ourselves at the moment, but we do offer free shipping around Australia.

What should I do for damaged items?

If items are damaged upon arrival, please send us an e-mail at geckogiftware@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please also provide image of the damages so we can inspect and make a decision.  Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

How do I track my order?

We will take 1-2 business days to process your order. We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number once your order is shipped out.

What are your delivery options?

We offer free shipping across Australia.
