At the moment, Gecko Giftware accepts PayPal only for all purchases. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your account, debit card, or credit card. As we grow, we plan to add more payment methods to make your shopping experience even easier.
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you can request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Gecko Giftware covers the re-shipping cost for your first exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back.
Please note: a replacement or refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received. Gecko Giftware is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
No. At this stage, Gecko Giftware does not offer international shipping. We are a locally owned Australian business, and currently provide free shipping across Australia only.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at geckogiftware@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage so our team can inspect and process your refund or replacement. Returns or claims made outside this period cannot be accepted.
Once your order is processed (within 1–2 business days), we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery online until it arrives at your door.
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Your items will be delivered directly to your address with no hidden costs or additional fees.
