REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email geckogiftware@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. They will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange faulty or damaged items. Gecko Giftware will cover the re-shipping cost for your first exchange only. If further exchanges are requested, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise agreed with our team. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Gecko Giftware cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Conditions & Exclusions

All return requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back outside this timeframe, or without prior authorisation, may be declined. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases, and all returned goods must meet our inspection standards before a refund or exchange can be issued.
