We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Please note that slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur. Stock levels can change quickly; if an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We currently accept PayPal only, which allows secure payment via your account, debit card, or credit card. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Gecko Giftware offers free shipping Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and generally delivered within 3–7 business days (longer for regional areas). Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, except for the first exchange, where Gecko Giftware covers the re-shipping cost. Liability & Intellectual Property

Gecko Giftware is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit but will assist with courier investigations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of purchased goods.
