Australia-Wide Free Shipping

At Gecko Giftware, we’re proud to offer free shipping across Australia on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden costs – just simple, hassle-free delivery direct to your door.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Regional and remote locations may take a little longer depending on courier schedules. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, or delays outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your parcel has been shipped. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us directly at geckogiftware@outlook.com.

Delivery Conditions

All parcels are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout, so please ensure your details are correct. Gecko Giftware cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. At this stage, we deliver within Australia only and do not currently offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery at geckogiftware@outlook.com with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with the courier. Please note that Gecko Giftware is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we’ll do everything we can to assist.
